The booking process was extremely smooth as it always is with Jude. She kept us updated and we had no issues leading up to the cruise and on the cruise. Jude has been a great find. She makes our holiday arrangements so easy. I was a bit disappointed with the customer service on the Luminosa. Although everyone we dealt with was fantastic, there were not enough staff serving drinks which resulted in long waits. Also, no drink orders were being taken while we were sitting as per other cruises we’ve been on. The music at bars could have started earlier in the afternoon. It would have been nice to have the atmosphere created by easy listening music at the various bars. Our room was great – we had an internal room with an obstructed view. And it was very comfortable. I would definitely try Carnival again.

Just want to say thank you so much for organizing our holiday for us. Everything was so smooth and we had no issue with anything during our trip.

The flight was great, the car was nice and big and made it up the mountains with ease (we had one lovely morning trying to fit snow chains on in the wind and snow – jos and I are still married, so that’s impressive :)

The hotel was fine (apart from our 3:45am fire alarm the first night) and the equipment hire was great. The kids loved snowboarding. We also did shot over jet, skyline gondola & luge, drove out to Wanaka and went to puzzling world and stop by the bungee bridge (Krista & I did the new zip line out there) and also visited Arrowtown.

So the 8 days were packed. I think it was a perfect number of days.

We have come to the end of our amazing Viet/Cambodia/Thai holiday!

We received your very generous bottle of bubbles on our arrival and have saved it until now. Unfortunately Surinder isn’t with us, but she isn’t much of a drinker anyway, despite our training schedule!! Haha.

We had an amazing holiday.  Everything went so well and the hotels and trips you booked for us were fantastic.   Emirates business class was so good.  I don’t know how I can ever go back to economy :)
